Wow! I had no idea, really, what I was in for with this book. Getting to know the two lead characters and their histories was an adventure full of intrigue and surprises. Kristen Heitzmann did a great job of weaving these characters into a believable story fabric that kept my attention and kept me wanting to read and find out more. She brought through the ups and downs of Rese and of Lance (and their families). I am excited for the next book – Unforgotten. Thank you, Kristen Heitzmann, for writing books that I actually enjoy reading. Plan some extra time this week or month so you can enjoy all the Secrets in Heitzmann’s wonderful, multi-layered story.
