Jade is a woman without a name who can’t remember her past. Who is she? Why is she here on Kauai? Too many questions without any answers. She comes upon the yard of a woman with a gentle spirit and a caring heart who takes her in. But what will come about when Jade finds out who she really is and where she came from. This story has many different plots all tied together, which Heitzmann does very well. I certainly hung on for the ride. Along the way, I came to understand celebrity through new eyes and found a great message about the struggles each of us face in our lives (no matter who we are). Wow! I have to say that this book spoke to me about the traps each of us can fall into when we have false-thinking in our lives. This book makes you take a look around at yourself. Jade stood up for things she believed in and came under attack for that, but with God she was able to keep standing. Kristen Heitzmann has done a fine job again! Take a Freefall and read this terrific book!
